Years later, while creating my website, I pulled a few oracle cards for encouragement. The image of an Oak Tree was prominently featured in the spread. (Spirit messages can be very literal).

Why am I telling you this?

I believe so strongly in partnering with the sacred dimensions of our lives, that I built my business around it. It’s not unusual, a lot of people have done this. And, even more people happily discount guidance and dismiss this profound connection. Initially, I was among them. It took me years to actually honor my dreams with action. Doubt and fear of the unknown were stronger than my ability to stay curious and open, to trust and surrender. Thankfully, my direct experience with Spirit gradually allowed me to shed old ways of being and open to or at least consider alternatives. I needed to unlearn conditioned mindsets. I needed to be in relationships with like minded people and teachers. I needed reflective space to recognize patterns, try out new practices, and feel into my own heart centered motivations and truth.
